		<description>Hey! the exercises you are doing are great! Is it possible for you to add some weight training in there? Cuz that would help so much-the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. Ok now for eating, here is a list of foods that my trainer gives me to stay fit:
Eggs, Oatmeal, Fruits, Veggies, Berries, Protien Shakes, Almonds and Nuts, Lean meats such as turkey and ham. 		<description>&lt;b&gt;Diet tips that do not involve the acai berry or anything of the like?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m trying to lose 15-20 pounds (6-9 kg) to help myself feel better about my self-image. I exercise for 1-2 hours everyday, playing volleyball and tennis, or running on a treadmill. I also walk a lot during the summer thanks to a large neighborhood. Is that enough? If you could suggest a few good moves that I should add to my routine would be greatly appreciated.

   Eating healthy is my problem. My house is loaded with goodies and whatnot, and the fact that I hate fruits does not help. What foods should I avoid? A healthy eating guide or just some ideas on what to eat without breaking the bank (or making things worse) is wonderful. I have a hard time resisting tempting foods, like I&#039;ve had 3 donuts today. I would rather not participate in a fad diet, so do not mention weight watchers or whatever else there is out there.

     I am a minor, and therefore still live with my parents, so joining a gym would be a little awkward and out of the question.
DO NOT MENTION ACAI BERRIES OR ANY OTHER DIET PROGRAM OR MAGIC TEA OR MAGIC COOKIES OR WHATEVER!!! FORGET FRUITS, I LOATHE ALL FRUIT EXCEPT FOR APPLE JUICE! TRY LISTENING TO THE ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS!
