I’ve been on the Acai berry diet pill for around 5 days now. I’m just wondering how long it takes till you begin to lose weight or see results? Anybody whose started these pills or experienced with them maybe you can help me answer this question?
I would just like to know from Personal experience. Nothing from internet pages please. thank you
If you are really looking to lose weight, Acai probably isn’t enough just by itself.
It’s a very healthy food, high in vitamins and anti-oxidants, but those won’t really result in weight loss.
I suggest doing what this mom did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program.

Generally speaking it can be 2 weeks. I would make sure that you are also doing some walking each day to help it along. Wait and see you will start loosing weight all of a sudden.
