How a Simple Acai Fruit Keeps Me Fit

I am 22 years old and a student and I earn my own living. I have a boyfriend who loves to eat. I am staying with him by past two years now and due to his eating habits I have started gaining weight. He gets time to look after himself and do exercises. But I don’t get time at all. Thanks to Acai berry that I got to my regular normal lean shape.

Funny incidents happen to me once with Acai Berry. When my friends and colleges started noticing the changes in my body figures, they questioned me about the secret. I made fruit salad and juices of acai berry for all in the breakfast with some unhealthy butter and toast and some more unhealthy stuff. The girls were fine and felt good. But the guys response was like “do they make beer out the these acai berries, it is good and taste like one kind of beer.” Boys will be boys, and berries are for the bellies.

After the Acai berry party, my friends have started taking them too. And I got famous in my work circle and friends to introduce them to the Acai berry. Since I have developed the taste of it, I now cant give it up. It is like a drug to me now; I start getting sick if not taken in a week. And touch wood I did not suffered from any cold or cough or fever or any other health hazard since my taking of acai berry. My colleagues of 30 – 40 years say that the acai berry has helped them overcome health problems of cholesterol and it doesn’t affect the diabetic people.

    What I Ate Today? Super Easy!?
    Breakfast:

    -Bowl of Cheerios with 2% milk.
    - 200 mL of Tropicana Grovestand (With Pulp) Orange Juice.

    Lunch:

    -Snack Wrap Mac from McDonald’s. (350 calories) I know it’s not the best, but for today, that was my only option.

    Usually I’ll have some turkey slices and maybe a slice of white toast. So keep that in mind.

    Snack:

    -Rolo Ice Cream. (120 calories)

    Dinner:

    - 2 Pieces of Lean, White Chicken Breast with Salsa. (Salsa is 15 calories for 2 tablespoons.)

    - Baked Potato. (Very simple, NO butter, NO salt, NO oil.) I put a little sour cream on it, which is 25 calories for 2 tablespoons.

    - A bowl of peas. Not a lot, but not a little, I’d say medium sized.

    - Glass of Fruit Punch. Note: It is those frozen ones that come in the tube and you add water. Another Note: My mom puts 3x the recommended amount of water because it’s too sweet without the water, so it’s pretty low calorie.

    Snack:

    - An apple

    - 10 Carrots

    I’m aiming for a 1500 calorie day.

    I didn’t excercise today because it was raining. I went to Wal-Mart for an hour and a half, and I walked around. Usually, I will go for a fourty-five to an hour walk around the block.

    ice cream wasn’t good. frozen yogurt tastes almost the same but it’s like 10x healthier. other than the ice cream and snack wrap, you did good though.

    Did you know Whole Milk is made up of about 49% of fat. And 2% milk is made up of 35%? If you ask me, its not much of a difference.
    Anyway.
    You need more fiber and nutrition.
    Try eating the actual fruits itself rather than juices :D
    makes a total big difference.

    Avoid dairy as MUCH as possible! You get a certain amount of calcium from it but get a load of bad fats and cholesterol but lose more calcium through excretion and waste due to the animal protein in it. 100 calories of bok choy has about 1055 mg of calcium where as 100 calories of milk has 194 mg. What would you choose.

    Try a salad with everything uncooked.
    Spinach, zuchinni, and green bell pepper. Low in calories. packed with nutrients. Top it with anything lowfat.
    Cooking fruits and veggies destroys several necessary nutrients that are heat sensitive!

    This used to be my bodybuilder meal plan:

    Breakfast 1st meal 5:55am:
    4 chicken legs, 2 cups of water
    1 serving of orange juice, 2 whole wheat bread slices, 1 banana

    2nd meal 8:55am: Protein shake with milk (60g of protein), 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 apple, 2 cups of water

    3d meal 11:55 am: 8 oz steak, 3 cups of water, 1 orange

    4th meal 2:55 pm(before workout meal): protein shake with milk(60g of protein), 2 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, 1 banana

    5th meal 5:00pm(after workout meal): Protein shake with milk (60g of protein), 3 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, 1 apple, 4 cups of water

    6th meal 7:10pm(bed meal): 8 oz steak, 4 cups of water, 1 orange.
    About 4000 calories

    That was my meal plan when I was bulking up to 220 pounds, now im at 180, I only eat 3 meals a day, 2000 calories to stay the way I am.

    not enough protein there. you have to be concerned with more than calorie intake, nutrients are more important, 1500 is not enough for a growing active person. Try cooked oatmeal with cinnamon for breakfast, fruit and milk. Oatmeal with cinnamon regulates the blood sugar all day. Skip the white bread. Rolo Ice cream not too bad, since that was some of your source of calcium for the day. The body needs some fat in order to metabolize some vitamins. make sure that the oj is actually oj and not flavoured water with sugar.

    your obsessive with the calories and stufff…you had a great day! even with the macD’s..its not really as bad as they say it is…..it can be bit its not!..im warning you tho…dont get your head twisted around all this or u’ll wind up with a disorder for shure…..dont get obsessive!
