My daughter is a basketball player and she requires a lot of energy because she is very active. I want to know what kind of juice can I add to her lunch box.. besides water and a sports drink that i’ve already added. I don’t want to give her something like soda or a diet soda.. I just want to know which juice will provide much more energy for her. Like orange juice, apple juice etc.
give her carrot juice, or make a fruit shake:combine apple, banana, seedles grapes, mango add the non fat milk, then some tube ice put it on the blender ,fresto fruit shake.

i was just reading all about guava juice — you can get guava juice but its only about 15% guava i think. it might be worth the research though. orange and apple would be good because they are both 100% juice. apple is generally kind of low in vitamins compared to other fruit — maybe grape would be a good alternative. a lot of juice mixes that aren’t 100% have high fructose corn syrup which you don’t want — it pays to read the label. really anything she likes that is 100% juice would be your best choice. choice 2 would be drink mixes made with sugar and not corn syrup. latin and asian markets are usually full of exotic juice boxes that have sugar. the united states is the only country obsessed with high fructose corn syrup.
